Born in Chianti, his childhood was spent roaming the enchanting landscape of Tuscany. He found refuge in his grandmothers’ kitchens and his love for traditional cucina Toscana became a flourishing career.
In 2013, he began working under fellow Panzano Tuscan and world-renowned artisanal butcher Dario Cecchini.
Tommaso met his wife, Deana, while working at Dario’s shop, and together they have also launched Tuscany at Home, their own business which offers clients a truly immersive Tuscan dining experience from the comfort of their own homes.
