    Lidia Bastianich is a unique mix: a US cook, writer and TV presenter with Italian origins. As a cuisine chef based on Italian regional traditions, she managed to conquer New York acquiring great notoriety and prestige. She received the annual award dedicated to “Paolo Rovagnati” for having been able, with tenacity, determination and courage, to make her way in a very challenging environment becoming today one of the most followed and respected chef throughout the United States of America.
